House Bill 86: Calls for all absentee ballot vote totals to be counted and tabulated as part of the precinct in which the voter resides instead of a single absentee precinct.  The summary report will now contain four counter groups, one for each way a voter may select to cast their ballot:

1.                  Polling     Polling (a vote cast on Election Day)

2.                  ABM       Absentee By Mail (Mail-in Ballots)

3.                  AIP          Absentee In Person (a vote cast prior to Elections Day)

4.                  PRO        Provisional (a vote cast provisionally)
