To Register to Vote, You Must:
Be a U.S. Citizen
Be a legal resident of Georgia and the county in which he/she seeks to vote
Be 17 ½ years old to register (cannot vote until 18th birthday)
Not be serving a sentence for a conviction of a felony involving moral turpitude
Have not been found mentally incompetent by a judge

The last day to register for any election is 30 days prior to that election.
Any mail-in applications must be postmarked by 30 days prior to that election.
If you have moved, you must have notified us 30 days prior to any election.
