Pursuant to the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, 42-1-12, Sexually Violent Offender Registry, the Sheriff's Office shall release relevant information as needed to protect the public, regarding those persons who must register under this code section. The information pertinent to Columbia County is hereby disclosed and will be updated as necessary.
