Paramount is our duty to pursue justice for the victims of crime, our community, and the accused. By ensuring justice, we instill confidence in the rule of law, preserving our republic and quality of life into the future. We accomplish this by hiring, training, and sufficiently resourcing aggressive prosecution teams (made up of lawyer and non-lawyer staff members) capable of litigating in a complex environment.
We work in concert with law enforcement to prevent the criminal element metastasizing into what it has become in all too many Georgia communities. Supporting law enforcement agencies locally is our charge. In this community, YOUR DA BACKS THE BLUE by planning strategically for the employment of scarce resources at trial so as to ensure the criminal element is not only held accountable, but that their number on our streets is reduced every day.
