Board Meeting Schedule

Time & Date: 10:30 a.m. on February 24, 2026

Location: 610 Ronald Reagan Drive Evans, GA 30809 – Building G3 (Conference Room)

Term: 4 Years – no limit

  • Ann Cushman – Chairperson/Nonpartisan Representative
  • Wanda Duffie – Republican Party Representative
  • Larry Wiggins – Democratic Party Representative

Meeting Information: 

  • Regular scheduled meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 10:30a.m.
  • Meetings take place in the Board of Elections Conference Room , 610 Ronald Reagan Drive, Building G3, Evans, GA 30809.
  • Special meetings are determined at the time of call.
  • Any changes to our meetings will be posted under our “Board Meeting Public Notices and Agenda” announcements.

Major Duties / Responsibilities of Board Members: 

  • Powers and duties of election superintendents relating to the conduct of primaries and elections pursuant to the provisions of Title 21 of the O.C.G.A
  • Powers and duties of the board of registrars relating to the registration of voters and absentee balloting procedures pursuant to the provisions of Title 21 of the O. C. G. A

Special Qualifications: 

  • Must be a resident of Columbia County. 
  • Must be a registered voter. 
  • Never convicted of a felony. 
  • Not a holder of elected office.
